a peticion de nadie, me da por darle un respiro de nuevo a este Blog-equis.. algo poco ortodoxo, interesante, exclusivo (solo lo leen 3 personas)+(entradas nuevas cada 2 o 3 meses^^) y porq no informativo?
la verdad no se si he hablado aqui sobre la escalada.. sí si, disculpen. si no, lean!
Justo hoy por la tarde iré a escalar. lastimosamente el sitio queda justo en la remil lejos! q joda. sobre la av Nutivara, cerca de la UPB (por suerte para mi futuro) encontramos el Sitio de escalada mas antiguo de Medellin. su nombre, relacionado con este deporte, es Altitud. tiene una buena zona de boulder..
q está hablando este bolson?? (se preguntaran)
Boulder es escalada sin cuerda. altura maxima 3 metros. en todo el piso hay colchonetas de unos 20 a 30 cm de alto y es muy exigente. es ideal para la practica, mucho mas rapido y extenuante, ya q se escala por paredes muy inclinadas y por el techo. algo dificil, pero emocionante!
En Colombia no he escalado con arnés y cuerda. para escalada de altura. por razones de costo. ademas no me conocen entoncs no me dan la confianza en esos sitios.. si solo supieran (o me creyeran) q estuve en Austria escalando en roca, en los alpes.. o q ya he escalado varias veces con cuerda y arnés en un coliseo gigantesco, tambn en Austria.. pero bueno. por el momento me conformo con el Boulder.
desventaja: es caro. no sos vos Caro. sino q es costoso!.. la idita sale en 12 lukas. 9 el dia de practica. (todo el dia si querés.. o te dan los brazos..) + 3 lukas de alquiler de Zapatos (pie de gato q llaman...)
la hora feliz! excelente cuando hay dias libres desde temprano. de 2 a 4 miercoles y viernes sale a 7500 .. 9/2=4.5+3 de los zapatos..
Claro q hay mas sitios.. por el momento conosco Altitud y 'el Muro' es algo mas grande y hay mas posibilidades de boulder, pero remal q mantiene lleno. entoncs no se puede escalar tranquilamente.. la ventaja es q es mas barato. 9mil con zapatos incluidos.
q mas necesitamos para escalar? Para el boulder se necesita los zapatos y 'Magnesio' es algo como talco o Cal.. el talco es para los pies.. y la Cal hiere la piel.. asi q es una sustancia blanca, muy fina, producida en colombia q vuelve adictos a los escaladores!, porq evita el sudor en las manos y se puede escalar con mayor adherencia! a mi me encanta el magnesio.. jejeje... este magnesio se mantiene en una bolsita shamada talquera q el escalador mantiene amarrada en la cintura colgando hacia atras..
algo q me anima a mi, es q al estudiar en la UPB estarán recerca estos sitios! yeah!
cerca de medellin tambnhay sitios para practicar la escalada en libre.. por ej. La piedra del Peñol y la tasajera al norte de medallo!
